Hi! My name is Taylor Sherman, i’m a Makeup Artist and Hair stylist located in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. If you made it here, thanks for reading! I started my journey with Theater in high school and not long after that, I joined a Cosmetology program offered by my school. I graduated with my license and went straight into Salon 42 (located in North Carolina) where I furthered my education for hair coloring and haircuts. I worked with a ton of amazing women and learned more than I could have imagined!

I started working in weddings in high school as well, and absolutely fell in love with it! I could not ask for a more positive and happy work environment. I have learned from teams all around the Dallas Fort Worth and North + South Carolina area. I have carefully mastered my craft with lots of education and experience. I am extremely passionate about my job and I feel so lucky to be apart of someones special day!

My favorite part of my job is making people feel beautiful, anyone can look in the mirror and feel pretty. But looking in the mirror and getting that extra kick of confidence, that is what makes it all worth it. I have so much passion for what I do, and I want people to have that passion for themselves after looking in the mirror. If you find yourself in need of that kick of confidence, I am now accepting appointments at Ovation Salon Suites in Preston Trails! I specialize in blondes, unique haircuts, and vivids. Whether its hair or makeup related, I am here to take care of it all!

I am most passionionate about my editorial work. It gives me the creative freedom to not think, just do. It lets my brush guide me rather than following any steps or rules regarded beforehand. Some of my work has been published in magazines, brand launches, websites and the most recent being Vogue Italia.
